When you send us your needs, samples and/or drawings, we will get back to you with prompt, accurate information. We will give you accurate lead times, what machining costs might be involved, where the quantity price breaks would be, finishing options and if appropriate, alternative woods species that could be used to make your project or part better and/or more cost effective.

Once you place an order with us, our production team will make sure your component will meet our strict tolerance and quality requirements, from the first piece to the last piece off the line. The production team will work with our sawmill, to custom cut and dry the rough blanks needed for the order. When the wood is ready, they will set-up and manufacture your parts and when necessary, finish them. The same team will then package and ship the product. On time!
