Down East Woodcrafters has a number manufacturing facilities throughout Maine including plants in Bath, and Skowhegan and a plant and sawmill in Madison. Each facility is managed by teams with an average collective experience of forty seven years and is manned with over ninety years of combined production experience. Bath Plant Products - Quality white pine unfinished shelves, peg racks, novelties and craft items, children's kits, furniture, lawn and garden products, manufactured in high volume for various retailers and distributors.
- Custom store fixtures.
- Lawn stakes, percussion blocks, rattrap blocks, wooden wedges and patterns for the shoe industry and various other products from off-fall.
Facilities The building was built in eighteen ten as a sail loft, to manufacture sails for the massive sailing ships (clippers, brigs, barks and schooners) that were being built at ship yards in and around Bath. What makes this four story, fifteen thousand square foot building unique, is that the upper levels were engineered and built to have complete, unobstructed space (no posts). The building sits on three and one half acres, on the Kennebec River in Bath, Maine. The first and second levels are dedicated to production and finishing, with the third level for assembly and the fourth level inventory storage.

Skowhegan Plant Products - Precision mouse and rattrap bases for the Woodstream Corporation, manufacturers of "Victor" pest control products.

- Handles and wood decking components for three of the world's largest manufacturers of barbecue grills and smokers.
- Sawn and shaped hardwood paint mixing paddles for paint retailers, distributors and manufacturers.
- Oak thresholds and transition strips manufactured for a worldwide marketer of home building products and weather-stripping.
Facilities A modern forty thousand square foot building, on six acres, that includes manufacturing, storage, dip and tumble finishing, a complete machine shop for custom machine and tool fabrication and our main offices.

Madison Plant and Sawmill Sawmill Production Oak, birch, beech, alder, aspen/poplar, hard maple, white maple and pine lumber sawn, kiln dried and graded for various Down East Woodcrafters production lines.
Products - Brass tipped Hard Maple flat rules, and glasscutter lip rules and "L" squares previously marketed under the "Lufkin" name, now marketed under the "Down East Woodcrafters" name.

- Cherry composite doors, Teak and Cherry table tops and Teak and Holly deck panels manufactured for a world-renowned yacht building company.
- Maple handles, spreaders and spoons, for tool manufacturers, kitchenware manufacturers and retailers.
- Kiln dried oak, aspen, maple and pine lumber sawn and graded for various Down East Woodcrafters production lines.
Facilities A thirty five thousand square foot, two story building that encompasses five and one half acres on the Kennebec River. This facility was built by the Lufkin Rule Company in nineteen fifty-nine, when they consolidated their wooden rule manufacturing here in Maine. The lower level houses a sawmill and dry kilns and the upper level manufacturing, a finishing room, storage and offices.
